Free Dieting Facts

Dieting is one method of changing the number of calories that your body takes in and has to process. The basic formula is that calories consumed minus calories burned (used) equals the number of calories that your body will have to store as fat.

If you consume less calories (by dieting) and burn the same number of calories, you should lose weight. If you consume less or the same amount of calories and burn more calories (by excercising or other activity) you should also lose weight.
